Personalized Training Plan


We can help you with an easy-to-follow personalized workout plan that you can follow regardless if you have gym equipment or not. Whether you are far away or want to meet in person, we can provide you with a comprehensive plan that includes the following:

  • Consultation (FREE) This can also be done through Skype, Facetime, or other.
  • Health Assessment that includes current condition, (height, weight, injuries, etc)
  • Set reasonable goals
  • Receive your workout plan which includes 2-3 workout sessions a week.
  • Weekly check-ins (Either in person or online)
  • Remote video feedback on exercises
  • And more depending on your needs and goals.
